As of 24 July 2022, we charge the following rates all year round:

€ 1400.00 per week

€ 260.00 per night (minimum 3 nights)

€ 600.00 per weekend (arriving Friday, departing Sunday)

€ 80 cleaning fee

Guests have access to a Type 2 high speed car charger unit during their stay. Electricity is charged at 0.13 €/kWh and should be settled prior to departure.

These rates include a basket of local produce (typically including, milk, bread, breakfast cereal, tea, coffee, wine, beer, on arrival).

* 25% deposit required on confirmation of booking, the balance to be paid 30 days before arrival via credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer or Euro cheque. A damage deposit of € 800 to be paid with the final balance or upon arrival. This will be returned following check out from the gite. A tourism tax of 50 eurocents per adult (18 and over) per night will also be charged.

A full refund of the deposit will be available up to 30 days before the arrival date.
