Rental Rates for Gîtes
From June 1, 2024, we charge the following rates:
€1400.00 per week (from July 1 to August 31)
€260.00 per night (minimum 3 nights)
€1200.00 per week (from September 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025)
€200.00 per night (minimum 3 nights)
€100 cleaning fee
Guests have access to a Type 2 high-speed car charger during their stay. Electricity is billed at €0.27/kWh and must be paid before departure.
These rates include a basket of local products (usually including milk, bread, tea, coffee, and a bottle of wine, upon arrival).
25% deposit required upon confirmation of booking, balance to be paid 30 days before arrival by credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer or Euro check. A deposit of €300 to be paid on arrival. This will be returned to you after departure, if there has been no damage. A tourist tax of 0.75 euro cents per adult (18 years and over) per night will also be charged.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund of the deposit will be available up to 30 days before the arrival date.
